Dancing Deer Baking Co. Mother’s Day Review & Giveaway

As you can see by my photos, I received a breathtaking Mother’s Day gift from Dancing Deer Baking Co. on Friday. What a terrific way to start my weekend!!! (Did I forget to mention?? Citrus just happens to be my favorite flavor profile!) The Tangerine Butterfly Shortbread Cookies were incredible! Crunchy, delicious…and shaped like pretty little butterflies! These wonderful shortbread cookies are flavored with pure tangerine oil and hand-piped with colored icing! Just as lovely were the Citrus Slice Cookies. Hand-decorated to look just like a slice of lemon and orange, and just as scrumptious as can be! You’re gonna love the Sugar Cane Lime Cookies! Cornmeal adds a nice crunch to the texture and the lime is a great surprise!


What surprised me the most was the Blondie Bars. I’ve had blondies once before and quite honestly, they just weren’t my favorite. Then I tried Dancing Deer’s blondies and Oh my gosh!!! They were the softest, chewiest, yummiest bar imaginable! Brown sugar and vanilla highlights with white chocolate, chocolate chips and walnuts. HEAVEN! Dancing Deer Baking Co. completely washed away whatever memories of hard, bland blondies I had been hanging on to all these years! Yet again I was completely blown away with the delectable cookies and bars that Dancing Deer Baking Co. so graciously allowed me to review. (Thanks again, ladies!!)
