Evolve Kefir Review & Giveaway

I’ve been using probiotic products for a couple of years now, and am a firm believer that they do great things for your digestive health and immune system.  Recently I was introduced to Evolve Kefir.  It’s a lowfat probiotic smoothie made by a family owned and operated dairy company based in New York.  Kefir was a brand new word to me and quite honestly, I had no idea if it was just a name, or an actual thing!  Kefir is a cultured milk beverage that contains live and active cultures that clean and strengthen the intestines and help the body with healing and maintenance functions.  It’s been traced back over 2000 years, and literally means “feel good” in Turkish.  In simple terms, Kefir is labeled a probiotic because it’s full of beneficial bacterias. 
Evolve Kefir is available in five varieties:  Peach, Plain, Strawberry, Blueberry and Pomegranate.  Once you get a taste of these refreshing smoothies, you’ll be shocked to find they’re actually low in fat and calories!  Evolve Kefir Plain has just 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per one-cup serving!  Each of the fruit flavors has 180 calories and only 2 grams of fat!

Just one cup of Evolve a day consumed over a two week period has shown to “help promote digestive health and enhance the immune system.”  Each serving is also an excellent source of fiber, protein, potassium and calcium.  For a quick and tasty breakfast, toss Evolve in the blender with some ice and your favorite fruits! 
Blueberry Evolve Kefir
The kind folks at Evolve Kefir sent me four bottles of Evolve: Strawberry, Peach, Plain & Blueberry.  Each bottle is an incredibly generous 32 ounce size, which equals four daily servings for one person.  What I love about Evolve Kefir is that it has a perfectly smooth and creamy texture, and the flavors are fantastic!  It offers a mellower version of the typical tang found in yogurt products.  This leaves your belly feeling satisfied, instead of sour!  (Great for people with sensitive tummys, like my little girls!) 
The Blueberry & Peach were probably my favorites, but both of the other flavors I tried were just as delicious.  This is a terrific product for pregnant women since it may help prevent some of the typical digestive problems women tend to run into during pregnancy.  I’ve only been drinking Evolve smoothies for just over a week, and I’m truly impressed.  The quality, the flavors and the health benefits really add up to one special product!  A product I know you’ll enjoy too!
