- 24 mini mozzarella balls
- 24 leaves fresh basil
- to drizzle balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat dry.
- Fold a basil leaf and thread it onto a small skewer.
- Add a cherry tomato and a mozzarella ball to each skewer.
- Repeat until all the skewers are assembled.
- Arrange on a platter and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the balsamic glaze and a pinch of salt just before serving.
💡 Chef's tip
Drizzle the balsamic glaze right before serving so it stays glossy on top rather than soaking in and pooling.
Threading a basil leaf folded between the tomato and mozzarella protects it from bruising and keeps it looking fresh and vibrant.
