Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 8 tortillas
Instructions
- Slice the chicken, peppers, and onion into thin even strips.
- Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning and a little oil.
- Sear the chicken in a very hot pan until charred and cooked through, then remove.
- Add the peppers and onion to the same pan and char them, keeping them slightly crisp.
- Return the chicken and toss everything together with a squeeze of lime.
- Warm the tortillas.
- Serve the sizzling fajitas with tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

Slice the chicken and peppers into similar-sized strips so they cook at the same rate and look great piled together.
