Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tomato
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Fry the bacon until crisp; drain.
- Toast the bread and spread with mayo to the edges.
- Layer lettuce, salted tomato and bacon.
- Close, slice diagonally and serve.
