Air Fryer Shrimp

Juicy, garlicky air fryer shrimp are ready in under 10 minutes of cooking, making them the ultimate fast protein. The high heat cooks them quickly so they stay tender and never rubbery. Toss them into pasta, tacos, salads, or serve with a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 400 g large shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200C (400F).
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  4. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking once halfway, until pink and just curled.
  5. Squeeze lemon over the hot shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or over rice.
