Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Tender salmon cubes with a lightly crisp edge, ready in under 15 minutes with almost no cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 350 g salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
  3. Air fry at 200C (400F) for 7-9 minutes, shaking once.
  4. Rest 2 minutes and serve with lemon.

💡 Chef's tip

Pat the salmon very dry before seasoning; surface moisture is the enemy of a crisp edge.

Cutting the salmon into even 1-inch cubes is what keeps the outside crisp while the center stays just-cooked - larger pieces dry out before they color.
