Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) Salmon fillets
- 1 bunch, trimmed Asparagus spears
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2, sliced Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200C (400F).
- In a bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the same bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the asparagus, skin-side down if applicable.
- Top each salmon fillet with a slice of lemon.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
