Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) Salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch, trimmed Asparagus spears
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2, sliced Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the same bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the seasoned asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on top of the asparagus, skin-side down if applicable.
  6. Top each salmon fillet with a slice of lemon.
  7. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
  8. Serve immediately, squeezing extra lemon juice over the salmon if desired.

💡 Chef's tip

Ensure your salmon fillets are roughly the same thickness for even cooking in the air fryer.
