Baked Banana Oatmeal
A warm, sliceable oatmeal bake sweetened only with banana - make it once and breakfast is sorted all week.

Ingredients
- 250 g rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 400 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180C (350F).
- Mash bananas, then mix with oats, milk, egg and cinnamon.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until set; cool and slice.
💡 Chef's tip
Cut into squares and refrigerate - it reheats in 30 seconds and travels well for grab-and-go mornings.
Using very ripe, spotty bananas means you need no added sugar; the riper the banana, the sweeter and more custardy the bake.
