Berry Banana Smoothie

A thick, naturally sweet smoothie that tastes like a treat but is built on fruit - blitzed in one minute.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150 g mixed berries
  • 200 ml milk or plant milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp (optional) honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add a splash more milk if too thick.
  4. Pour and serve immediately.

💡 Chef's tip

Freeze ripe bananas in chunks ahead of time so a smoothie is always 60 seconds away.

Using a frozen banana instead of ice keeps the smoothie thick and cold without watering down the flavor the way melting ice does.
