Ingredients
- 250 g frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 200 ml plant or dairy milk
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- optional honey
Instructions
- Add the frozen mango and banana to the blender.
- Pour in the milk and yogurt.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and thick.
- Add a little more milk if it is too thick to pour.
- Taste and add honey only if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve cold.
💡 Chef's tip
Add the liquid gradually and blend up from the bottom, so you use only as much as needed for a thick, spoonable texture.
Using frozen mango instead of fresh plus ice gives a thick, frosty smoothie without watering down the bright mango flavor.
