Blender Mango Lassi

A cool, creamy mango yogurt drink that takes two minutes - the perfect sweet sip alongside spicy food.

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen mango
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a pinch cardamom

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Loosen with a splash more milk if needed.
  4. Pour and serve chilled.
