Iced Matcha Latte

A cafe-style iced matcha latte in 5 minutes - earthy, creamy, and cheaper than your daily coffee run.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Sift matcha into a cup and whisk with warm water until frothy.
  2. Stir in honey.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and milk.
  4. Pour the matcha over and stir.

💡 Chef's tip

Sift the matcha before whisking - even a small clump will not break down once liquid is added.

Whisking the matcha with a little warm water first (not cold milk) dissolves the powder smoothly, avoiding the clumps that ruin a cold-mixed matcha.
