Ingredients
- 2 cans canned tuna
- 4 eggs
- 300 g baby potatoes
- 200 g green beans

Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender, then halve them.
- Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes and cool in ice water.
- Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, cool, peel, and halve.
- Whisk a sharp vinaigrette of olive oil, mustard, and vinegar.
- Arrange lettuce, then group the tuna, potatoes, beans, eggs, and olives on top.
- Drizzle generously with the vinaigrette and serve.

Cook the eggs to jammy, not hard, by boiling for about 7 minutes then cooling in ice water for the classic creamy yolk.
