Chicken Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine, juicy chicken and a creamy dressing - a hearty, protein-packed salad that eats like a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 300 g cooked chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp caesar dressing
  • 40 g parmesan
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Chop and dry the romaine; place in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the chicken.
  3. Toss the leaves with dressing until coated.
  4. Top with chicken, parmesan and croutons.

💡 Chef's tip

Dry the romaine well after washing - water on the leaves dilutes the dressing and makes it slide off.

Tossing the leaves with the dressing in a large bowl (rather than drizzling on the plate) coats every leaf evenly, the way a restaurant caesar always is.
