Ingredients
- 700 g chicken breast, cubed
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, lemon, garlic and paprika; marinate chicken 20 minutes.
- Thread onto skewers with small gaps.
- Grill over medium-high heat 10-12 minutes, turning, until charred and cooked through.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
