Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pound breasts to an even thickness and rub with oil and spices.
- Air fry at 190C (375F) for 6 minutes.
- Flip and cook 6-8 more minutes until 74C (165F) inside.
- Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
💡 Chef's tip
Rest the chicken 5 minutes after cooking so the juices redistribute instead of running out when you slice.
Pounding the breast to an even thickness is what stops the thin end from drying out before the thick end is cooked - the most common reason air fryer chicken turns rubbery.
