Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g butter, softened
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in yolk.
  2. Stir in flour and chocolate chips to form a dough.
  3. Scoop onto parchment in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
  4. Air fry at 160C (320F) for 6-8 minutes; cool before lifting.
