Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 80 g butter, softened
- 80 g brown sugar
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in yolk.
- Stir in flour and chocolate chips to form a dough.
- Scoop onto parchment in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Air fry at 160C (320F) for 6-8 minutes; cool before lifting.
