Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes.
- Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tomato into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, letting excess drip off, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated tomatoes in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
- Lightly spray the tomatoes with olive oil.
- Air fry at 200C (400F) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
