Ingredients
- 350 g egg noodles
- 2 cans canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles until just underdone, then drain.
- Melt the butter, whisk in the flour, then slowly add the milk to make a sauce.
- Stir in the cheese until melted, then fold in the tuna, peas, and noodles.
