Ingredients
- 700 g ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F) and soak the breadcrumbs in the milk.
- Mix the turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll into evenly sized meatballs.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve over pasta, in a sub, or with marinara.
